Over the past couple of months, the entire world has been undergoing major changes due to the coronavirus outbreak. Stores are closing, classes were transferred to an online universe, and the toilet paper aisles have become barren. As we are urged to continue to remain indoors as much as possible, this list will be a friendly guide for how each of the zodiac signs would best get through this difficult time.
Aries (March 21 – April 19th)
Aries the God of War. This fire sign may feel their best with a ton of stimulation. Physical activity of any sort would perhaps, be the answer the ram is looking for during this spring. Consider at-home workouts and be creative! You can use a yoga ball, dumbbells, or even an at-home pull-up bar. For an alternative, you can try your hand with satirical writing as an extra side-job or as a hobby, as Aries are known to speak their mind.
Taurus (April 20 – May 20)
A Taurus is an earth sign. They are known for their artistic pursuits and are stereotyped as foodies. Learning new recipes, provided that you have all the groceries you need for an extended period of time, may be a great way to keep busy. Another activity to focus on would be gardening or thinking about starting an indoor garden type of scene.
Gemini (May 21 – June 20)
Geminis are a fun spirit among the air signs. Like Aries, they must also stimulate their mind during periods of cabin fever. For Geminis, indoor sporty activities would be ideal, such as table tennis, billiards, or even puzzles. While Aries may need a physical outlet, anything that provides a workout for the mind ought to work best for Gemini. Riddles and socializing will keep them sane. Getting in touch with people more may be refreshing.
Cancer (June 21 – July 22)
Cancer is a water sign and may enjoy similar interests as Taurus. Additionally, Cancers may also find comfort in interior decorating. Try moving around furniture to see what it does to your mood. Attempting a “feng shui” style, which is a type of Chinese traditional practice that uses the environment to help elevate one’s mood. Take your time and enjoy remodeling.
Leo (July 23 – August 22)
Leos are another fire sign that tends to have an entertaining spirit. Anything that may boost their confidence can help them keep busy. Leos should try dancing and singing as it may lift their spirits significantly. For something more artistic, Leos could also practice writing poetry or song lyrics if they play an instrument. Any type of performing for the public are things Leos may benefit from.
Virgo (Agust 23 – September 22)
Virgos are an earth sign that gravitates toward the analytical side of things. Their careful observations of the world may lead them to enjoy things that involve speed and time. Anything with numbers, racing, or strategies could best suit the Virgo. Card or tabletop games may pass the time well or video games that heavily involve time and speed.
Libra (September 23 – October 22)
Libras may not seem very artsy, but they could surprise you. Libras are good at socializing and meeting new people. They may be good at hosting something, whether it is online or not. For example, a streaming channel of sorts that allows Libras to gather people as a community to have meaningful discussions and make powerful connections, even during a quarantine. Perhaps write a letter to someone close to you as well, they may appreciate more than you think.
Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)
Scorpios are a water sign and may seem difficult to figure out sometimes. Music may speak to the Scorpio in transcending ways, so it is recommended they try learning an instrument or hone the musical skills they do have. Meditation is also a great way to relax Scorpios and create a healthy headspace. Games that create a mystery may also stimulate the Scorpio mind as well.
Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)
Traveling may make Sagittarius people very happy, but unfortunately, it is the worst time for it. Consider a VR travel experience if possible or see if you can at least be active in your backyard. Sagittarius can also try taking a mental adventure by reading thrilling or adventurous books.
Capricorn (December 21 – January 19)
Capricorns are earth signs who may naturally gravitate towards the introverted lifestyle and may not mind staying at home. However, to keep busy, arts and crafts may be relaxing and enjoyable for Capricorns. Reading may be a good idea too, as having solitude in general is important for a healthy Capricorn mind.
Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)
Aquarius have curious minds and may enjoy things like computer games or have a knack for inventing things. They are thoughtful and structured, yet possess an imaginative quality in order to express themselves. They usually have an affinity with astronomy, so enhancing their knowledge or getting their hands on a telescope may intrigue them too.
Pisces (February 19 – March 20)
The water sign, Pisces is usually known for communicating in artistic and musical ways. Drawing, painting and music are ways to keep the everyday Pisces occupied. Graphic design projects using easy-to-use software may be a good idea as well.
