Being cooped up in homes during COVID-19 can cause stress and anxiety. Finding ways to express oneself when there is chaos is difficult. In this video, APN staff members Haley Passino and Brooke Desautels show how to make paintings using a cup layering method.

This process is simple and takes only 3-4 bottles of paint. Beginner to veterans painters can learn this method. Within a few hours, the paint dries and out comes a masterpiece.
