APN’s dream vacation spots

Everyone has their dream vacation destinations, whether it be sitting on a beach in Mexico with friends or exploring the country of Japan when the cherry blossoms are blooming in the spring, we all want to escape somewhere. Here are some of those spots.

There are many places in the world that I want to visit but as of now, my dream place is Japan. It has long been my dream to see Cherry Blossom trees when they bloom in the spring. I love the color pink, and I can’t even imagine how pretty it would be to see these trees for the first time. This would be first on my to-do list when and if I visit Japan. This country has many natural landscapes that are worth seeing at least once. Also, many temples are scattered throughout Japan, and I would love to see these great pieces of architecture in person. Japan is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and the rich history of the country adds to my desire to visit at some point in my life.

My dream vacation spot is Iceland! Specifically, I would like to experience the hot springs along with the resorts that tend to go along with them. In my opinion, a vacation is supposed to be relaxing, and what is more relaxing than that. In addition to that, I am interested in history, and I would be intrigued to learn more about their countries’ past. Not to mention, I would love to see the Northern Lights. I have dreamed of seeing them since I was little, and hopefully, one day, that can become a reality!

One place that I’ve always wanted to go to was Ireland. Ireland looks so beautiful, and it would be so interesting to see their architecture and way of life. Their cliffs look breathtaking, being so vast and green, definitely something I need to see in my life. Many of my friends have been there, and they all had a great time and recommended going. I have some Irish roots, so that’s another reason to go. I would also have to admit that hearing the accents would be pretty cool. English being a common language is a huge plus. Trying authentic Irish food would be incredibly pleasant. Hopefully, in the near future, I can give Ireland a visit.

My dream vacation spot has to be Madrid, Spain. I have friends that live there that I haven’t seen in years, and I want to visit them. I’ve also never been to Spain and have been wanting to go for the longest time now. I’ve seen pictures of it, and it just looks so nice. Once the pandemic ends and I have enough money to travel, the first place I will be going to is to Spain.

My dream vacation spot at the moment is Tulum, Mexico. I first started hearing about Tulum on Instagram and TikTok and how a lot of people are traveling there right now because it’s cheap. Of course, this is because we’re still in a pandemic, so unlike them, I won’t be risking my health for a cheaper flight. However, I do want to go when everything finally calms down. @Domyenn’s blog on Instagram and YouTube really made me want to go because Tulum seems like the perfect trip to go somewhere tropical, but it’s not really talked about. I feel like it would be someone I could go with my boyfriends, my friends, or even just by myself. I love the idea of being in a peaceful, tropical paradise, and Tulum seems perfect for that.

My dream vacation spot would be Ireland. I don’t think this would be so much a visit to relax, but more to explore the culture and history of the country. I’ve always been fascinated by Ireland and its culture, and with a name like “Collins,” it’s obvious that I have some Irish roots. I think my to-do list would have to include drinking a pint of Guinness in Dublin, visiting the Blarney Castle, and hiking the Cliffs of Moher, gazing at the heavenly views. However, I’d also be sure to spend time taking in the culture and interacting with the locals because I feel like any vacation wouldn’t be complete without making new friends.

My dream vacation would have to be Australia. Australia has been on my bucket list of places I want to visit for a long time. I want to experience a place that is completely different than what I’ve ever experienced and it is one of the farthest places from New York than I can think of. I’d particularly like to visit Sydney and see the Sydney Opera House. Another part of Australia that I would love to experience is the Great Barrier Reef. I know that it’s not super close to Sydney, but it’s close enough that it could be just another stop during the trip. The only thing that I know I would hate about Australia is the bugs, more specifically the spiders, but I think I would be able to get over that fear if I got the chance to visit.
