We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but many of us still struggle with trying to start our day off the right way. APN compiled some delicious and healthy smoothies to kick off your day.
1. Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

You’ll need:
2 cups of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of chia seeds (optional)
2 cups of greek yogurt
½ cup of water
Put everything into a blender, blend until creamy and enjoy!
Makes two servings.

2. Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

You’ll need:
1 Cup of coconut milk
1 banana
2 cups of cubed pineapples
¼ cup of shredded coconut
Combine everything in a small bowl before placing into a blender, then blend and enjoy.
Makes about two servings.
3. Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

You’ll need:
3 ice cubes
1 banana
½ cup of milk
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
Mix everything into a blender until creamy and then eat it up!
Makes about one serving.
4. Blueberry Smoothie

You’ll need:
1 cup of blueberries
1 container of greek yogurt
¾ cup of milk
Put into blender and mix until creamy.
Makes one serving.
