Overnight Oats

Oats are a satisfying way to get tons of fiber and healthy fats into your diet. When the weather’s hot and you want a refreshing breakfast– or need to grab a ready-to-go meal in the morning, overnight oats are a convenient (and delicious) option.  


  • ½ cup whole rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 apple chopped into small chunks
  • 1 cup milk (or plant based alternative)
